After lunch we continue for 9 km along the beautiful camino through a forest, enjoying the genuine Galicia and its variety of tracks and country roads to village famous for its 6th century Benedictine monastery \u2013 Samos, where we stop for diner and night.<\/p>\n<p>Day 3<br \/>\nSamos \u2013 Portomarin<\/p>\n<p>After breakfast we start the ride15 km, mostly on concrete passing town of Sarria to Barbadelo, later after lunch we will pass mistic \u201c100km\u201d of Camino where many people start their walk and continue our 18km to new Portomarin, as an old \u2013 oryginal medieval village was floded by the waters of arificial lake in 1960. We stay here for dinner and night.<\/p>\n<p>Day 4<br \/>\nPortomarin \u2013 Palas de Rei<\/p>\n<p>After breakfast we ride up the hill for 16,5 km to Ligonde where we stop for lunch. Here you can see how tough a four-week pilgrimage was for medieval people as this place have well preserved pylgrim cementery that was used to a nearby part of pylgrim hospital. After lunch we ride 8,5km to Palas de Rei where we stop for diner and night.<br \/>\nDay 5<br \/>\nPalas de Rei \u2013 Arzuga<\/p>\n<p>After breakfast we start the ride from Palas de Rei, ride for 16 km crossing to muncipio A-Coru\u00f1a and arriving to modern village of Melide famous for its octopus dish \u2013 where we lunch in the famous local Pulperia Ezequiel. After lunch we ride up and down the hill for 14 km to Arzua where we stop for diner and night.<br \/>\nDay 6<br \/>\nArzua \u2013 Monte do Gozo<\/p>\n<p>After breakfast we ride 20 km through forests and villages from Arzua to O Pino Pedrouzo where we stop for lunch. After lunch we ride last 15 km before reaching our Santiago de Compostella crossing river Amenal and arriving to Monte do Gozo where pylgims cry of happiness finally seeing towers od Santiago Cathedral. We stay for diner and night in nearby hotel.<br \/>\nDay 7<br \/>\nSantiago de Compostela<\/p>\n<p>On the last day we will enter the Obradoiro square, the monumental centre of Santiago de Compostela. We must start early start to enter the Plaza Obradoiro on horse before the crowds of piligims appear. We will ride through the city centre in and out the cathedral square.
